Post Natal Yoga
Postnatal Yoga will help the mother's body get back into shape. This class is a gentle & relaxing way to exercise allowing some time for yourself, away from the busy duties of motherhood. With an emphasis on posture, abdominal muscle and pelvic floor work, strengthening, breath and relaxation, Yoga will give you tools that will help you be strong and vital in your role as a new mom.
